Refund / Exchange Policy:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, full refunds on merchandise, accompanied by a receipt, can be made within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise returns without a receipt will be exchanged at the item's current selling price. Please complete and enclose the return slip with your parcel and send back to us at the address below. Additional forms can also be downloaded from here. Please allow up to 5 business days from receipt of order for your order to be refunded / exchanged. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
